Tom Parker Bowles is an internationally renowned food writer, author, broadcaster and presenter.

An established television presenter in the food genre, Tom co-presented Market Kitchen with Mathew Fort and Matt Tebbutt on the Good Food Channel (UK) from 2007-10. He was a judge on Food Glorious Food on ITV Food, and a guest judge on Masterchef on the BBC.

Tom is also no stranger to Australian screens. He was a judge and co-host on Family Food Fight with Matt Moran and Anna Polyviou, and a judge opposite Scott Pickett on The Hot Plate (Nine Network).

Tom is an award-winning author of seven cookbooks. They include E Is For Eating - An Alphabet of Greed, The Year of Eating Dangerously, and Full English: A Journey Through the British and Their Food, which won the Guild of Food Writers 2010 Award for best work on British Food.

For the past 10 years, Tom has remained firmly in the industry as a food writer working with The Mail on Sunday as their Food Critic, Contributing Editor at GQ and Food Editor at Esquire magazine.

Recently Tom has also ventured into beer and snacks with the launch of Mr Trotter's Great British Pork Crackling and Mr Trotters Chestnut Ale, the UK’s first chestnut beer. Working in partnership with food writer Matthew Fort and farmer Rupert Ponsonby, the trio have continued to develop and expand the Mr Trotter's range.

Tom is the son of Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, and the stepson of Prince Charles, Prince of Wales. He attended Eton College and Worcester College, Oxford, where he was a member of the Piers Gaveston Society.
